For the next two-three years, the only place you’re going to find me is on my own websites. I may extend this from 2023 onwards depending on the direction the internets and my own life takes. I write this post because I’ve noticed over the past few months a lot of spam/spoof accounts pretending to be various authors and media personalities/influencers. So if you see any account asserting they’re “Nin Harris”, that’s not me. Thankfully, I’m under the radar enough this hasn’t occurred, but you never know. Additionally, I’ve decided to let the “mythopoetica” twitter lapse, so if someone else takes it, it ain’t me. I’ve also permanently deleted my instagram author account. If I do return to social media, it will likely not be twitter. Who knows! There may be newer platforms that far into the future! 🙂
Just a note so you don’t follow people who are not me when, if you want to find me, this is it. I made this decision a few weeks ago, and I can safely say I’m really happy I made this change in my life.
The only public twitter account I’m maintaining along with Truancy editorial assistants, is @MagazineTruancy. And yes, Truancy is coming, please let me fix the headache of my current health situation and my multiple deadlines first. But by July for Truancy 9, and October-Nov for the final issue of Truancy. I will do my best, guys.
If you need to contact me for any reason (friends, invitations to speak at online events/readings/webinars etc), do use my gmail: ninianev. I’m relatively prompt at replies, although this depends on deadlines. I’ll try to accommodate requests depending on my deadlines, health management etc. which is quite fraught right now.
